I bought the headphones and paid extra for a carry case to put them in. I didn’t have the tracking number but didn’t take long to arrive. I received the headphones but not the carry case. I contacted them asking for them to send me the bag or give me a refund and no answer. I’ve had them almost a week and no answer still
