I was disappointed in the condition of one of the two boxes, not the shipping box, but the original equipment box. It looked like it had been treated roughly. The Quick Startup instruction booklet was missing. I understand these were “open box” items, but I expected everything original to the items to be included. There wasn’t a mention that pieces would be missing.
