NEW buyer purchased a used vintage electronic that was listed in title & description as untested & as-is due to unknown functionality. Turns out it doesn't work. Buyer admits they knew it was untested and took the "risk" to purchase anyways. Item was accurately described to the best of my knowledge, photographed and shipped out in a timely manner. Excellent service was provided. Buyer never reached out to me and didn't return my 3 attempts to contact them. I feel this is unfair use of Negative.
