I bought 2 games for XBOX360 - discs only - without boxes. Although I wrote to seller before dispatching them to put some hardening to the envelope to prevent damaging the discs during transfer, he didnt do it, therefore one of the games arrived cracked, so the disc is not working at all. Seller wants me to send it back to refund or replace. I refused to waste any more money or time, especially after sending to him photos proving whole situation incl. that these games were bought right from him.

It is virtually impossible to crack a disc were that was cracked especially when i sent 2 disc together?, the picture shows a disc no idea if its mine as it is of back of disc?.
For your information it would not have cost you anything to return it?. what part of free returns do you not understand?.
You wanted me to refund you for a disc that i do not know if it was mine? Dont Think So.
