I understand these were used cleats, but the inside was completely covered in hair 🤮 it took me about 45 minutes to clean all the hair out.

I am so sorry, i feel horrible. I normally clean everthing before I send it out. I guess i just overlooked it. I have a super fluffy dog that sheds like crazy so I got used to cleaning everthing well. I apologize.
