The images on the site showed a mask with no damage and the item arrived with some damages. I still love the piece, but just sucks that it arrived damaged. There were no pieces of the mask in the packaging so it definitely didn't get damaged during shipping. The mask was also packaged very well in lots of bubble wrap and newspaper.
