Please note that the majority of our items we only have one of and may not get any more so if you see something you must have then please do buy early or bid high to avoid disappointment. Some of our items may be factory seconds but these will have any defects or issues listed.
Most of our items are sent by trackable courier. If your item does not arrive in 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) then please contact us. We will contact the courier but please be patient as they can take a few days to investigate and get back to us. Most of our international items are sent via Ebay's own GSP program. We are not responsible for the cost of this and any queries should be made to them.
We only accept PayPal but you can use credit/debit cards via PayPal. Your item will not be sent until payment has been cleared. There will be no exceptions to this. Unfortunately in order to reclaim our Ebay fees any items not paid for in 5 days will be reported to Ebay. If there is a problem paying then please do let us know and we will do our best to help.
We will accept returns but the buyer is responsible for returning the item to us and the cost to do so. Until we receive the item back it is your responsibility and if the item is lost in the post it is your responsibility as the sender of the item. Therefore we strongly suggest that items are sent by a trackable method. The item must also be returned in exactly the same condition that it was sent. This includes any tags being attached and hygiene labels. Therefore please ensure you wish to keep the item before removing any tags or washing as we will refuse any returns for washed/worn items or where the tags are missing. You must open a return request via Ebay. We will only refund payment by the method by which you paid. We aim to refund within 3-5 days of receiving the item back.
