Device has a serious problem! The Microsoft store won’t start! I restored to factory setting and the Microsoft store won’t start! I contacted the seller and gave him 48 hours to respond and s/he didn’t which strongly support knowledge of selling a defective device and an intention to scam!

The device was operational running windows RT and working just fine. The issue is the buyer cannot access the Microsoft store which could be a login issue or support issue with Microsoft and not tied to the operation of the tablet.
