Shipped quickly and was well protected in heavy plastic surrounded by foam boards and packing peanuts. The server was extremely clean (no dust) on the inside. On boot there was a memory error on one chip, but reseating it fixed the problem. The BIOS and iDRAC were already updated to the latest versions and all 26 disks plus the 8GB vFlash were detected. I have not exercised the disks yet, but everything seems to be in working order. I would purchase from them again.
