I bought a shirt expecting it to be in good condition since there was no mention of anything. Upon arrival I found there was a stain on the sleeve (which the shirt says it cannot be bleached meaning I can’t get it out) there were also strings from the seams falling apart all around the collar and armpit areas. I messaged the seller about this hoping they would offer a partial refund without me having to ask. They basically told me to go screw myself because of how “cheap” the shirt was 👎🙄

Roughrider shirts are high quality and expensive. Had I noticed a stain anywhere on the shirt, I would have noted it on the listing. As far as strings and seams (can't imagine) as the shirt was in VERY GOOD CONDITION when I shipped it. As I said in my reply to you, sorry you were not satisfied.
