Instructions were terrible. The head or suggestions from the instructions. sets would not turn on or pair. No help or suggestions from the instructions. Base indicated fully charged. Finally, almost by accident, I found that the charging contacts on the earphones were covered with a clear adhesive protective cellophane layer that prevented contact with the charging points on the case. Now they work, but I would consider the volume and sound below average. I will not keep them.
