I bid on two shoes but received one pair of shoes and a dress, so I contacted the seller to ship the dress back. The seller paid the return shipping and sent my another pair of shoes immediately. Those two pairs of shoes are pretty and same as the seller described. I was so upset at beginning with the wrong item but the seller’s actions to deal with the situation was incredible fast.
