The item was alledgedly refused by the collection point for having no ecp number but the staff at the shop deny this. Then the courier alledgedly lost the item. The seller blamed everything on me and told me to swallow the loss, having pocketed my money. Because I waited to allow time for the item to be traced, it went past the limit for claiming off ebay. The seller should be banned from ebay.

The delivery courier tagged the delivery as refused by the third party receiver, a shop which the buyer uses for his deliveries. Whilst awaiting the return of the model by the courier company it became lost! As described by the buyer no ecp number was apparently present and it was refused by third party shop staff. This was beyond my control as I had got the item to the address givien. The issue strated at the delivery point by the model being returned. See my feedback record.
