My listing was clear, if you had read it, that this was for a quantity of 18. Expecting to pay $4.50 for 18 bags is silly. I didn't charge $10 per bag, I charged $4.50, which is a standard price for one bag on eBay. The one bag got lost in the mail, and I offered to send another, or give you a discounted bundle deal for all of them. When that was not satisfactory I immediately refunded you.
