I received the correct phone case but it was missing a tiny piece that allows you to press the lock button. Fortunately, I had the exact same case (which I was replacing with this one) and I took the tiny piece out of the old one and put it in this one, so I am able to press the lock button. Not sure why the piece was missing but glad that I had the idea to take it out of my old case & put it in the new one, & it worked.
