Item was new + sealed as described, but the scratch mark + tear in the cover was not fully disclosed in the description

Unfortunately I did not notice small scratch on the cover when listing. Book was new in packaging so it must have been received from Pokemon in that condition. Scratch was visible in photo, I just missed it. Would have worked with buyer had they reached out prior to leaving feedback. Mistakes do happen sometimes, I'm sorry the buyer was disappointed.
