I hadn’t heard anything about the item being posted 2 weeks after purchase so sent the seller a polite message to ask if it had been posted.The item was then delivered to my local sorting office but the seller had not paid the postage therefore I would have had to pay an additional £7 to receive my item! I sent another message but received no reply so successfully requested a refund from eBay. Realise people can sometimes make mistakes or get delayed but if so some communication is appreciated!

No, no, no. I have sent the item to the buyer in 2 days as it was promised. It was not my fault that she/he has not got it. I have paid for the postage fee and the buyer still demanded £7 from me?! How did she/he calculated the £7, it is not a postage fee amount. She/he wrote me if I do not pay, she will send the item back. She DID NOT sent the item back but kept it and asked the ebay for refund??!! In the past few weeks we had a very sad death in our family. That is not a reason to cheat.
