The coin was fine and quite interesting but seller should not have used adhesive tape to affix coin directly onto paper for mailing. The glue from adhesive tape can adhere to the coin's patina and damage it. Fortunately, this time there was no problem. But using adhesive tape not the "best practice" for shipping a coin.It should be wrapped inside paper etc. and the tape affixed to the outside of the paper. Otherwise, I was well pleased.
