Seller very rigid in pick up times.. even a two hour window wasn’t good enough. Informed me she had children’s activities to fit in as well as going to London to spend time with children. Even though most people collect items during weekends.. very stressful dealing with this seller.

Such disappointing feedback after huge efforts to help this buyer with pick up arrangements. Insistence on using a big company who would only provide a rough time slot the day before pick up and the single day I was offered was a busy one where I would have needed to know the time window to be able to agree it and plan to be home. I did make explicit efforts to avoid this situation in the original listing disregarded by the buyer.
