Although extremely well packed with corrugated cardboard and outer and inner layers of bubble wrap, the item was damaged , the parcel having been subject to what must have been considerable violence, causing the mountings to the base being torn away, and the actual model then fracturing the transparent plastic case, with the windscreen and steeringwheel broken off and also one of the projections locating the ladder above the windscreen. I am not expecting any compensation for this as price low.

Have been unable to attach photos of the damage due to system complexities, but would be happy to send them if you can suggest a method, as you may be able to get compensation from the Post Office

What a horrific experience! I'm raging just thinking about the kind of handling that must have taken place to cause that level of damage.
