    Communicated consistently that the shipping of the skate deck was an issue as ups, usps, and fedex did not sell boxes in this size. Reached out to buyer to inform them that I would pay for box through Amazon but would delay shipping. Upon refund request initiated...provided and approved request same day knowing issue was on my side...buyer still gave bad feedback. Can't please everyone.
