It doesn't matter if it's USPS, UPS or Fed X, In Florida they destroy every package they handle. Almost every package i receive is either torn open, crushed, mutilated or destroyed.       Good buy on a Holley Brawler Carburetor. Shipping was fast & free! The carb was well packed and looked great. I won't be installing it until next Spring, so hopefully it works as good as it looks. Not that it would have helped in my case, but the "No Return" policy was a bit of a negative. I would have rated the seller higher on communication, but I had earlier asked a question about fitment, and received no reply. Had to contact Holley technical to get my answer. Still happy overall.
