Upon fitting it, we found that to enable no view of feed pipe, it had been bent 90° in 3 places, thru the bamboo thus making our pump overwork & a trickle was all we got. We altered it, as we really like it. It works well now. I contacted the seller & explained what we'd done. He was v good, he would have replaced it, if we had returned it. Instead offered a % refund, to cover the extra pipe we'd bought. V happy now & looks great. Happy!
