    The statue arrived, well packaged. Unfortunately there was some damage to the delicate arms, which had come loose from the cradle that holds the glass bowl. I am disabled, so unfortunately I was unable to organise a repair. I contacted Tina and she immediately offered me a full refund and paid for the return postage. Although at the end of the day I haven't bought anything from Tina. I cannot speak highly enough how she dealt with the problem immediately. Highly recommended
