    Shipping and packaging and the value are done well but the color does not match the photos and the wig I received. It's ash blonde and pure white in places, especially the front. From the pictures in the item listing the colors look more warm, more blonde, not grey and white. I was expecting a warm-toned blonde wig like it looks in the pictures. I will be requesting a refund per eBay's buyer protection policy.
