    hi thanks for that, i use royal mail only just because of this sort of bad delivery which is normal for EVRI, but not royal mail, so that's a strange one, i would get on to royal mail and ask whats going on, now if royal mail are sub contracting other couriers because of say backlog , then that's not right, you post with royal mail because you want the service, handed to you at the door, i could of paid evri cheaper for the same rubbish servise, be interesting to find out though, Cheers again.
