      Item is good condition as described. Cheap bearings are not good, but I'll be replacing them anyway. USPS delivery time was horrendous with only sporadic tracking info. due partially it appears because seller packaged item in a roll which apparently is non-machinable. Seller's communication was great and he was helpful in tracking the package.
