    The seller sold me a watch described as perfect working order that was not working at all. When I requested a return I was told "no returns". I explained that the item was described as perfect working order but would not run for even a few hours. I was told it was likely damaged in shipping and I would have to work it out with the postal service as it was insured. Imagine my disappointment. I had to spend lots of time with eBay in order for them to do something about this but they fixed it.
