I contacted the seller about receiving one of two cups broken, I did not get a response, after the third email, I was told to go to the post office to make a claim. The cup was not sufficiently packed to be in a box with another cup. Given how long it took to get ANY response, it is unlikely the post office would have or will take responsibility for a poorly packed box. I have not received a refund or replacement.
