    Great communication and really helped me to get the right set. Unfortunately, despite the enormous packaging, one of the speakers still arrived bent. But it was due to USPS. And the seller helped me to fix it. I wasn’t expecting to pay so much tax and tariffs but the seller was patient. It was all in all quite expensive but I’m glad with the experience. The product functions as described and I’m having lots of fun listening to my old CDs.

    I received this beautiful B&O system (w/ remote) very quickly, and it is even more stunning in person. I had a couple issues with understanding how to use the converter as I'm not internationally tech savvy. ha! But Michael was super patient and extremely communicative, helping every step of the way!
