If you are looking for a Gore-Tex ruff, be advised that you can get other sizes to fit. HOWEVER, it is best to get the Ruff in the same nominal size as the coat you will be attaching it to. And so, this small Ruff is a perfect match to the small Gore-Tex I ordered it for. Sizing is important!
