Rods were packaged very well in manufacturers tubes and bubble wrap, and were received in perfect condition. Wished the seller had processed order and shipped it a little sooner, but items arrived by the promised time. ALF Co is indeed a brick and mortar store. It does seem to take awhile for products to actually ship, but i did receive the rod I ordered. It was drop shipped from Dobyns so i assume that’s the reason for the delay. Over all pleased.
