Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with Paypal receipt/proof of purchase and detailed reason for return enclosed. Proof of postage/shipping of return must be obtained. Item must be unopened, unused in resalable condition or in case of graded item in same condition as sent. Free promotion items associated with sale must also be returned in same condition as sent if exchange is not being given. Buyer responsible for return costs. There is a £5 administration fee. No refunds or exchanges will be issued until goods have been received and inspected and comply with the above returns procedure. P&P/delivery charge is not refundable in any circumstance.
