Postage and packaging
We post on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday,
All our items are packaged securely in tough, strong grey mail bags.
 
Items lost in post
For items lost in the post, we follow Royal Mail’s standard terms and conditions, which state that an item of mail is not considered lost until 15 working days have passed from date of posting. You will therefore be required to wait the 15 working day (Mon-Fri) before a refund or replacement will be issued. You will also be required to fill in and sign a lost in post form, which will be used by us to make a claim with Royal Mail.
Any parcels returned to us because of an incomplete, wrong address or simply not collected from the sorting office will be resent once payment has been received for redelivery.
