Before purchasing this item, I tried contacting the seller twice, but she never responded to me. Despite the lack of communication, I purchased it anyway. I never received shipping information, so I reached out a few times asking for it, also without a response. Finally, I abruptly got a message that my purchase had been canceled and refunded. I'm guessing she had already sold it elsewhere. This was supposed to be a first anniversary gift for my husband, and it was a complete failure.
