No locking nuts supplied, just standard nuts which is no way near safe for a wheelchair to rachet on to, to stop the wheelchair from moving in the rear of the van... I would be worried if these came lose which they would do. The seller wouldn't send the described nyloc nuts out so opened a return which seller accepted but failed to give me a label so ebay refunded me after me opening a case with them. Thank you ebay
