This is not the type of rack that I ordered nor is it the color in the picture. it is gray not black. I was sent a typical swing away dual arm bike rack. I had ordered a heavy duty fixed in place RV type rack. I have made it work since I need it. I will say on a positive it is pretty good quality. and the tube walls are all decent gauge.
