Contacted seller to find out item was damaged and they were looking for a replacement in their warehouse. Disappointed that I had to reach out to find this out. Eventually, made contact to say that I have given up on waiting and to refund my transaction. Refund was applied IMMEDIATELY, which was appreciated. Sorry to say, I will not be purchasing again from this seller, but surely wish them the best.
