I received this today. The package was bent. The stand up cut out is wrinkled pretty badly. I don’t know how to contact the seller as when I try I get no way to contact. I would like a second one to be shipped and packed stronger on each end!

We are very upfront with our listings explaining to buyers, over and over again in our disclaimer to make sure you zoom in on facial images to see if it meets with your approval. Digital images were not available way back, and suppliers use images that are available. For event purchases, and a distance of 5 to 6ft away it works great. Its all up to the buyer. and standees are not viewed inches away.
