Had a terrible experience with Royal Mail, with tracking stating 'delivered' when it absolutely was not (at least, not to my address), and they refused to engage further. However, seller completely resolved this issue for me by sending a replacement, to which I am extremely grateful for, as I would have lost out otherwise. No fault of seller's at all, but Royal Mail have really gone down in my estimation. Thank you cityofcloudscom for stepping in when RM would not :-)
