Buyer beware! Item came with most of the postage due. Seller paid for flat rate, but didn't use the proper packaging. After Seller would not pay the difference, I offered to pay about 60% of the remaining postage, and seller agreed to sharing this expense. Then after I paid the remaining postage, seller changed their mind and refused to refund the 8$ out of the almost 18$ left in postage. I am a top rated seller and went through great lengths to help, but in the end greed trumped integrity.
