Before engaging in transaction - asked seller to confirm item WOULD be delivered by a specific date because I would not be able to receive it after. After receiving confirmation, I purchased the item. Despite my nagging, the item was shipped 12 days after purchase and was not shipped via expedited courier - thus delivery window was missed. Am trying to work with PayPal to resolve this with me, as seller has been unhelpful. Unable to comment on quality, since I wasn't there anymore to receive it!
