The item itself is perfect: it’s exactly what I needed to get my Keurig machine back in proper working order. The delivery was a little slow, however this definitely wasn’t the fault of the seller. The seller did, however, respond promptly to the problem and replaced the item. Overall, I’m most pleased with the outcome and very happy with the entire deal. And - I’m glad to be able to enjoy a good cup of coffee again!
