Item ordered on 24th July. Estimated delivery date was 3rd August. On 27th July the item was 'being posted', whatever that means. Item finally arrived on 30th August. On 10th August I contacted the seller. Seller blamed the courier. On 15th August I contacted seller again. Seller said item would arrive on 18th August at latest. On 22nd August I contacted seller again. On 24th August they apologised again. On 25th August I received a telephone call, the only useful communication from the seller.
