It is not the seller's fault, but I'm still wrestling with the USPS on an insurance claim. The post office must have dropped the package in a puddle and then run over it. Seller again offered to send a replacement out immediately, but I wanted to follow through with a claim as they shouldn't feel the pain of this either. Can't ask for a better partner on a deal.
