Verified purchase

It says 4 day delivery, the 17th November. It was posted on 18th November. It went awry in being delivered and did not arrive until the 25th November. The rug was for a horse with Queensland itch and needs protection from insects. As it was he went over a week without protection from insect bites or from the sun. I was in that town again before it arrived but could not buy him a rug as I had already paid for 2 online and the money had already been paid and we were still waiting.
