I ordered this item on May 29. It is now June 13. The delivery date was June 9 which was longer than usual. I contacted the seller and they responded with a rambling message about bad weather and other trivial things. I still have no idea if I will ever receive the package or any other satisfactory solution to this issue. Buyer beware

We get severe storms that included flooding & sent you an apology & your give us a negative review without waiting to resolve any issues. Thank goodness we didn't send you the second package that included a free shampoo.We try to make up for our errors even if USPS lost your package & we don't have control on this.
