Belt is not in heavily used condition. Buyer received belt & had complaints about signs of usage which were clearly indicated in the listing photos & description. Buyer won this belt for $63 shipped (it's a $300+ belt new) and demanded to be compensated for these signs of use on the belt which were described in the listing. We advised buyer that we can't offer a partial refund for this item and asked them to open a return request to return for a full refund. Buyer refused and left this feedback.
