The supplier dispatched product on time and had great communication, but along the way the courier company damaged packaging hence delaying the product. I requested for refund which was instantly refunded by the supplier and now l don't know what to do with the refund since the product has finally being delivered. Rather strange that the seller's check with EVRI regarding package status occurred at 2AM in the morning according to email time stamps. EVRI call centre operated 24/7 ?????.
