The cowl itself looks amazing once putting it on. However I would have preferred that the item was shipped in something like a box instead of a shipping envelope. It was a pancake upon arrival with a tiny little cut near the ear. Please consider taking better care shipping them out then what you originally did.

The mask is very nice quality and makes you look just like Batman. The shape fits me well and matches the sizing in the details. My beard looks silly poking through the mask but that is not the fault of the product.
